Eurodesk’s Time to Move Contest is back with a new format

07 September 2021

As part of the Time to Move campaign, Eurodesk organises its yearly contest to collect young people’s input from all over Europe. Throughout September and October, four challenges with different topics and formats will be announced with many great prizes up for grabs.

With a focus on inclusivity, the new format of the Time to Move Contest will provide a chance for young people aged 13 to 30 from 36 countries to participate in four different challenges. The photo, story, short movie and illustration challenges each have a different theme related to Europe that will be revealed every two weeks during the months of September and October.

Interested young people can upload their submissions via the redesigned official website of Time to Move campaign. Each challenge page will also provide the possibility for participants to collect votes and have the opportunity to take part in the public voting contest.

The public voting winner in each challenge will receive a Time to Move merchandise pack including a water bottle, a T-shirt, and a Time to Move Card Game. Four winners will be selected by Eurodesk at the end of the campaign who can win various prizes, including InterRail tickets, Eastpak backpacks and luggages or Spotify Premium subscriptions.

The theme of the first challenge is ‘Greener Europe’ and it will focus on collecting photos from young people on how they contribute to a sustainable future. This challenge is open from 12:00 CET, 7 September 2021 until 12:00 CET, 19 September 2021.
