Evoking a promising future for Europe's young generation, Eurodesk, EFIL, ESN, and OBESSU have announced their unified commitment to the objectives of the European Education Area 2025 and the EU Youth Strategy. The collaboration, formalised through a Memorandum of Understanding, will strategise to combat information disparity and facilitate greater learning mobility for young people, especially secondary school pupils, between the ages of 14-30.
The collaboration aims to actualise the Council Recommendation 'Europe on the Move' that endorsed several actionable points such as fostering cooperation between regional and local bodies towards promoting outgoing learning mobility and welcoming incoming learning mobility participants.
Additionally, the cooperation will specifically focus on fostering synergies in approving policies pertinent to youth information on learning mobility in secondary school and encouraging collaboration among their members at the national/local level for coordinated initiatives.
The four organisations remain committed to empowering European youth, providing them with the right tools to shape their future learning journey actively, invoking the very essence of the European Union's values.
