Go to the bus station located on level 0 - one floor down the arrivals hall, take line 272 - Brussel Noord and step out at Brussel Rogier (50 minutes). Walk for 10 minutes. Route planner available here

Tram 4
Follow the tram lines to take Tram 4 (Gare du Nord) until De Brouckere (4th stop).
Step down at the stop De Brouckere and walk for 2 minutes.
