#SOTEU 2021: President von der Leyen announces new programme to help young Europeans find temporary work abroad

In her State of the Union address on 15 September 2021 (#SOTEU), President of the European Commission Ursula von der Leyen outlined flagship initiatives which the Commission plans to undertake in the coming year. Amongst the different measures announced, two are directly related to young people.

Never a better Time to Move: Over 1000 events informed youth about opportunities abroad

Taking place in twenty-five European countries across October 2018, Time to Move brought together 1000 events highlighting the benefits of and access to youth mobility opportunities.
