JOIN EURODESK

There are many ways to partner with us! Our goal is to reach out broadly to young people through local organisations and public institutions, as well as through our digital services. Discover how to become a partner, multiplier or ambassador of Eurodesk.

BECOME A EURODESK MULTIPLIER OR AMBASSADOR

Most of our multipliers join Eurodesk on a volunteer basis. Being part of our network brings several benefits to them, such as:

  • Free access to reliable international mobility information for young people
  • A community of like-minded professionals
  • Partnership opportunities at the national and European levels
  • Regular networking opportunities
  • Training opportunities both at the national and European level
  • Communication and information resources such as games and publications
  • Quality label as a Eurodesk multiplier

Individuals (educators, teachers, etc.) and young people can also become Eurodesk Ambassadors.

SET UP EURODESK IN YOUR COUNTRY

Eurodesk is a European association established under Belgian law. Our members are legally established organisations nominated to run the Eurodesk service by the Ministry in charge of youth affairs in their country.

Usually, Eurodesk is hosted by the Erasmus+ National Agency, and in other cases, the service is delegated to a youth information service or Youth Council. The EU provides financial support to run the Eurodesk in the countries participating in the Erasmus+ programme.

Eurodesk also welcomes European countries that are not yet part of Erasmus+, such as Georgia, Ukraine, and Switzerland. In that case, the Eurodesk service shall be supported financially by the national authorities.

  1. The potential member and/or the Ministry in charge of youth affairs contacts us to express their interest in developing the Eurodesk service in the country.
  2. Meetings are organised with the Eurodesk Director and President to prepare the application.
  3. Once the Ministry formalises the membership request, the Eurodesk Executive Committee presents the application to the rest of the members during the General Assembly of the association.
  4. During the General Assembly, all members are invited to vote. If accepted, the new host organisation becomes a member.

BECOME A PARTNER

Eurodesk always seeks partners to disseminate information about youth
opportunities and its services and build capacity.

  • If you operate at the national level, the best thing to do is contact the Eurodesk national coordinator in your country.
  • If you operate at the European or international level, the best way to do is to contact Eurodesk Brussels Link.
