The Eurodesk’s Com’Go 2025 training in Brussels brought communication experts from the Eurodesk Network together for three exciting days.
From 3 to 7 November 2025, 15 Eurodesk National Coordinators and multipliers from around Europe gathered in Brussels for the bi-annual Eurodesk Com’Go training, a three-day learning experience designed to strengthen communication practices across the Eurodesk network.
Organised by Eurodesk Brussels Link, the training combined interactive workshops, creative exercises, and expert insights focusing on crafting impactful stories and messages.

The programme opened with an inspiring welcome by Audrey Frith, Eurodesk Director, followed by storytelling sessions led by Niel Van Herck, creative strategist and travel blogger. Participants explored how to build stronger connections through emotion-driven narratives and align their communication with Eurodesk’s mission and values.
“It’s important for us to keep learning and stay up to date on trends, so we can communicate effectively and inform young people about all the opportunities out there for them. In the AI era, more than ever, quality information is what will make us stand out and reach our audiences!”
– Audrey Frith, Eurodesk Director
The second day highlighted audience engagement and content creation trends, with contributions from Chase, a Belgian community for creators and influencers. Social media producer Jasmine Mazarine shared her experience blending culture, authenticity, and strategy. The day concluded with video storytelling challenges that encouraged creativity and teamwork.
On the final day, AI and marketing expert Liora Kern guided participants through sessions on the use of artificial intelligence in marketing. The training wrapped up with action planning sessions, helping participants turn ideas into concrete next steps for their national networks.

Com’Go 2025 strengthened Eurodesk’s mission to connect young people with learning mobility opportunities through effective, creative, and inclusive communication.
Some feedback from the participants of the Com’Go 2025 training:
“I really liked how every activity complements the others. I want to work on personas, goals and objectives, set metrics and analyse them. I also want to work on storytelling and see how AI can make my work life easier (save time), and maybe help my creativity.”
“Thank you for the opportunity, the training has a really good quality.”
“During the meeting, I was happy to be part of it and motivated to learn new things and practices of other Eurodesk multipliers/national agencies. After the meeting, I am hopeful we can improve our communication as an organisation, even though I am aware that it is not an easy process.”
