Time to Move 2025: Another record-breaking year

.

The annual flagship campaign of Eurodesk, Time to Move, has once again proven the creativity and commitment of the Eurodesk network! Now that the 2025 edition officially wrapped up, it is time to look back at a month full of events and opportunities that reached hundreds of thousands of young people!

During October, as every year, the Eurodesk network organised activities to bring European opportunities closer to young people through non-formal learning, face-to-face meetings, and engaging online activities. The aim is to reach better young people in remote areas and those who don’t know about Eurodesk yet, connecting young people with our information points across Europe and helping them discover how to go abroad, learn, volunteer, work or train with the right support.

Let’s have a look at the highlights of what we achieved together this year!

The Time to Move campaign 2025 ended with the impressive number of 1,753 events, marking 447 more events than in 2024. This year, 31 countries took part in the campaign, with 399 organisations involved

Most importantly, Time to Move 2025 reached 255,047 young people through on-site events, a significant increase compared to 146,328 participants in 2024.

Time to Move 2025 shows how powerful our network can be when we work side by side with young people to turn European opportunities into real experiences in their lives. Each event, each partner and each young person reached brings us closer to a Europe where mobility is truly open to all, no matter where you come from or what your background is. I am incredibly proud of the Eurodesk network for making this edition our most inclusive and impactful yet.”

– Audrey Frith, Eurodesk Director

Alongside local events, a digital campaign kept young people engaged throughout the month. Online contests, webinars, podcasts and social media content made it easy for young people to discover mobility opportunities in a fun and interactive way.

The popular social media contest, Time to Play, attracted 446 participants, who had to guess some European culture questions, while the design contest opened new categories to foster inclusion and creativity, including comic artists and AI creators.

Finally, Time to Move 2025 maintained a consistent presence across social media channels. On the Eurodesk Brussels Link social media channels, the campaign achieved a reach of over 1.3 million people.

Time to Move 2025 showed once again how powerful youth information can be when commitment and collaboration come together.

A big congratulations to all the Eurodesk Network, and thank you to everyone who participated in Time to Move 2025 for another year of record-breaking work. See you next year!
