This publication represents the second edition of the competence framework of Eurodesk mobility advisors. It aims to bring even more clarity to the role of a Eurodesk mobility advisor, and incorporates important dimensions such as supporting youth wellbeing and is supplemented by several training assessment tools and activities.
Considering the diversity of Eurodesk provision across Europe, this initiative aims to create coherence and a common language for what Multipliers do. We refer to these competences within our training activities and resources.
This framework is meant to be used to support training and development and comes with a series of hands-on tools (360° assessment, cards, board, training needs assessment tool).
