The Eurodesk Qualifying Training Programme (QTP) aims to support Eurodesk multipliers with basic knowledge, skills, and values relevant to informing, guiding, and empowering young people to participate in international mobility opportunities. The QTP is a powerful learning tool to achieve higher quality standards in the services delivered by our multipliers, who are in daily contact with young people.
The programme consists of 6 modules:

- Module 2: International Mobility Programmes
- Module 3: Support
- Module 4: Inclusion
- Module 5: Interacting with Young People
- Module 6: Communication
Those ready-made training modules are based on non-formal methodologies, proposing engaging and inspiring sessions on different topics relevant to the Eurodesk mission. The activities are run by professional trainers. To share expertise across the network, Eurodesk has set up a pool of trainers with the capacity to deliver the modules.
