The Eurodesk Time to Mind campaign aims to raise awareness about mental well-being while abroad.
Addressing young people, we developed a series of resources to help them cope with their mental health when going abroad, spreading awareness about culture shock in a youth-friendly language.
This campaign came with the Time to Mind brochure and a social media communication campaign. With this, our goal is to connect and engage with young people, showing them everyday situations in which they can feel emotionally represented. These resources are also handy when preparing young people for a mobility project.
